Back to the roots! Nature pure. The first night was quite cold and I was given a hot water bottle ;-) It is very basic, but a good location to start your exploration or to get away from all the hustle. It can become a shared accommodation, but my trailer buddies the second day were just lovely.

Room was nothing like the one I booked..it was cold, dark and more like a prison cell.,bed was like concrete, bathroom small and grotty, the terrace in the picture looked like a different hotel to the one there, my Son left, wouldn't stay...staff thought it was a marvellous room! Obviously used to low standards. We stayed there in 2014, we had a lovely big room with a good ensuite, What a difference from when the previous owner Patrice ran the place. A dump is all I can refer to it as now.

Beautiful scenic roads, huge range of sport activities available for all ages. Picturesque villages and excellent restaurants. A lovely place for a family stay (I was with my daughter) but also for a sports short break (spent 3 days with friends canoeing, horse-riding and walking). Lovely place to combine sports and peaceful evenings.
