The apartment was excellent, very clean with quality kitchen utilities; great, spaceous bathroom, sauna with different settings, as well as an excellent mattress for a restful sleep after a day's exploration of the island. The owner was very friendly, making us feel really welcome. She handed us the key cards at arrival (additional to the option of using an app) and gave us information about guest cards for the island (checked at the entrance of some beaches), and additional facilities like a gym (we unfortunately couldn't use because our stay was not long enough).

Excellent, owner run boutique hotel in Westerland. Exceptional care is put on customer satisfaction by the owner. She is clearly passionate about hospitality and this hotel in particular. Newly renovated, very tasteful. The rooms are very large and have all that one needs. The breakfast deserves as special mention: it is surprising, lots of little tasty pleasantries. On top there is a buffet and one can order eggs etc. One of the best breakfasts we had. Certainly a recommendation. We will book the Hotel Atlantic again for sure.

This hotel in Rantum offers is set in beautiful countryside, close to the beach and the Wadden Sea. Hotel Watthof features a steam room, sauna, as well as brightly decorated rooms and suites. This was amazing. Tons of fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. Fresh bread - everything was spectacular.
